'Pullover' (a trading name of Gary Parsons UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales) is a community app for discovering scenic UK beauty spots. Our contact address is privacy@gopullover.com.

We collect the following information when you use Pullover:

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Spot submissions you create (including descriptions, photos, and location data)
• Check-ins - records of spots you mark as visited
• Reviews and ratings you submit for spots
• Photos you upload as part of spot submissions

We use your data solely to operate and improve Pullover:

• To display your submitted spots, check-ins, and reviews to the community
• To maintain your account and profile
• To send optional notifications about your submissions (e.g. approval status)
• To moderate content and ensure it meets our community guidelines

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your submitted spot content (name, descriptions, photos) is displayed publicly within the app as community content. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Pullover uses the following third-party services:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request an export of your data

You can request account deletion directly within the app via your Profile page, or by emailing privacy@gopullover.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

The following is a summary of our data practices for app store data safety declarations:

• Data collected: Name, email address, location data (when submitting spots), photos (uploaded by the user), and reviews/ratings.
• Data shared: We do not sell your data to third parties. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, which may receive your IP address as part of standard web requests.
• Data encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• User deletion: You can request full account and data deletion via your Profile page or by emailing privacy@gopullover.com.

Content rating: This app contains no violence, no adult content, and no gambling. It is suitable for all ages (equivalent to PEGI 3 / Google Play Everyone). Account creation requires users to be 13 or older. The app may be browsed without an account by users of any age.

Pullover is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at privacy@gopullover.com and we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app. Continued use of Pullover after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
