Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 'Pullover' (a trading name of Gary Parsons UK Ltd), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pullover.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or inaccurate (e.g. fake locations)
• Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate for a general audience
• In violation of any applicable law
• Spam or commercial advertising
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

All spot submissions are reviewed by our moderation team before going live.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Pullover (including spot descriptions, photos, and reviews). By submitting content, you grant Pullover a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you upload (including photos) and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

By uploading a photo to Pullover, you confirm that you own the image or have the right to share it, and you grant Pullover a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your image for the purposes of operating and promoting Pullover - including but not limited to spot listings, the Pullover website, social media channels, marketing materials, and advertisements. Your ownership of the image is not affected. We will always endeavour to credit contributors where possible.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Pullover is a community-contributed platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any spot information. Conditions at locations may change. Always check local conditions, access rights, and safety before travelling to any spot. Pullover accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content within the app.

You may delete your account at any time via your Profile page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Some anonymised community content (e.g. spots that have been approved and are part of the community map) may be retained.

Pullover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pullover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use of Pullover after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
